Fourth annual service for our Minerva kettle tap. Contacted by Franke as usual and arranged for visit by Dan (who worked on it in previous years) within two weeks. He arrived on the dot, serviced the unit and ensured everything was in order. Very efficient, polite and conscientious so we're clear for another year. Definitely a 5-star service.
