I ordered cheese from Frankie’s Free Range Meat, and the package was in transit for six days. When it arrived, it contained a single, fully melted ice pack—and the cheese was completely warm and spoiled.When I contacted the business, Frank Tufano (the owner) demanded I provide proof that the cheese was “warm” and then denied any refund or reship because I reached out four hours after delivery, instead of "immediately."His exact words were: “Since you are a first time customer and did not adhere to the refund policy we will not be honoring any reship or refund requests.”This is not how you treat paying customers—especially when your product requires refrigeration and isn’t shipped with proper care. I would never order from this business again.
