They sent me items that broke in transit because of poor packaging which leaked all over the package. Had they did a better job at packing the box. I contacted them and the refused to reimburse. I called my credit card and they investigated. I don't what these people told my credit card company but the decision was customer does not get reimbursed for the merchants poor packaging.
