My husband bought a phone from you and we have emailed a couple of times asking when it will arrive haven’t heard anything. If we knew it was going to take this long I wouldn’t have bothered and bought a new one. If I don’t hear from you in a couple of days or have my order by then. I’m wanting to cancel the order and get a refund please. As I’m desperate for a phone after the previous one went for a swim.
