I bought a phone 18 months ago for $753 with a one-year warranty, and now it has stopped working. After taking it to a service center, I was quoted a repair cost of $549. They informed me that the motherboard is an aftermarket part that has been installed in the device. Very dissatisfied!
I'm very frustrated. I'm still waiting for a phone ordered that was supposed to be delivered on December 18-19. The tracking status has been stuck on 'label created by sender' for five days. The representative referred me back to the seller, but they claim they can't assist either.
