I ordered my phone on the 4th, I received it on the 8th (Only because it was the weekend). I had an issue with my order and the customer service team got back to me within the hour and resolved it. I had an issue with receiving my refund on an order I had to cancel and unlike Paypal (Who gave me customer service jargon, didn't respond to my emails, and didn't send my refund for 7 days) Frank Mobile payed out my refund within the hour of making the request. The product itself came exactly how advertised, it did come at 90% battery which I hoped to be a little higher but that is what was advertised so who am I to complain. I did have an issue initially contacting them on the phone, but I called that same number today and they answered instantly. I have told all my friends about the fabulous service provided here, and the quality of the product and some of them have already made purchases on new phones. Not to mention their prices were the best on the market, with free shipping, very impressed. I will definitely be coming back to Frank Mobile for my future electronic purchases. Stay legit!!
