I bought my sewing machine from Frank Nutt in 2017. I have been delighted with it and the service I received when I bought it.Today while sewing, I took the face plate off and had trouble putting it back. I rang the shop and was told I could bring it in. The service was amazing.I didn’t have to wait at all, the plate was put back in seconds and there was no charge.
