Terrible, mouldy apartment, bad service. We stayed here for 40 days... so PLEASE READ if you're considering staying here.Checkin: They said it was self check in - it wasn't, we arrived late at night and had to wait even longer for them to arrive and actually allow the check in to happen.Unit: All utensils are damaged or ruined, cabinets all have damage, stains on counters.The wood slats that cover the bedroom are caked in dust.There is mould all over the couches and in the bathroom. We had to call them to clean it. But it came back. The couches are disgusting so we bought a blanket to put over it.The bathroom smells like humidity mixed with a sewage smell. I tried to fix it but it doesn't go away.The host is generally inconsiderate - it's an agency and will never book from Frank again. They simply don't take care of the units. I will say good things: The view is nice of the Burj from the Balcony. The gym is OK. The pool is OK. But other than that- I wouldn't look at this for a short stay or a long stay.
