Regrettably, Our Experience Was Extremely Negative

We were your guests, and we deeply regret it! Your practices are deceitful, and we intend to report you to all relevant institutions and rental platforms globally. It's been two months, and we have yet to receive our deposit back. Upon our arrival, we encountered numerous issues with the accommodation and the promises made. I will make sure to share our experience to inform others about what they can expect. Sincerely, which you do not merit, your former customer!

Disgraceful

Disgraceful. They canceled our booking two hours before arrival and completely ignored our calls. No assistance, no explanation, just silence and total disrespect for their customers. Utterly unprofessional, irresponsible, and unacceptable. Avoid them at all costs — they’ll ruin your plans and couldn’t care less.

Terrible, mouldy apartment, bad service. We stayed here for 40 days... so PLEASE READ if you're considering staying here.Checkin: They said it was self check in - it wasn't, we arrived late at night and had to wait even longer for them to arrive and actually allow the check in to happen.Unit: All utensils are damaged or ruined, cabinets all have damage, stains on counters.The wood slats that cover the bedroom are caked in dust.There is mould all over the couches and in the bathroom. We had to call them to clean it. But it came back. The couches are disgusting so we bought a blanket to put over it.The bathroom smells like humidity mixed with a sewage smell. I tried to fix it but it doesn't go away.The host is generally inconsiderate - it's an agency and will never book from Frank again. They simply don't take care of the units. I will say good things: The view is nice of the Burj from the Balcony. The gym is OK. The pool is OK. But other than that- I wouldn't look at this for a short stay or a long stay.

Worst stay in Dubai

If there is 0 star or -1000 star i would give u that. Terrible experience with the stay, Ac does not work, cockroaches everywhere, stained bedsheets, walls are dirty and the whole apartment had dust. This is the worst stay experience ever. On top of that when I stayed there there staff was so unprofessional. Very frustrated with this experience and never again dealing with frank porter and their poor low class management again

This is my 7th time booking with Frank Porter, and once again, it has been a great experience from start to finish.The process is always simple and smooth – easy to book, easy to check in, with everything clearly communicated.This time was particularly special, as I was hosting my father who came for medical treatment. The team was extremely understanding and cooperative with our requests, which meant a lot to us during a sensitive time.I truly appreciate the consistency and professionalism of the service, and I highly recommend Frank Porter to anyone looking for a reliable and accommodating stay in Dubai.

Unreliable Service & Misleading Listing

I booked this apartment specifically because it advertised "free parking," which was essential for my business trip. Unfortunately, not once during my entire stay was I able to use the parking due to a non-functional access card. Despite repeated messages, calls, and time wasted dealing with reception and the host, the issue was never resolved.What’s worse, the host kept shifting responsibility between reception, building management, and technical issues, providing contradictory explanations. I was first told it was a barrier problem, then later that the access card was damaged—something the security manager had clearly stated from the beginning. When I requested a meeting with the host’s agent and security to resolve the issue, the host cancelled the meeting last minute without informing me.This lack of transparency and poor coordination was frustrating and completely unprofessional. I lost valuable time every day trying to find parking on the street in a busy area—something I should never have had to do given the listing’s promise.If parking is important to you, I recommend avoiding this listing. The host is unresponsive, unaccountable, and clearly unprepared to handle basic logistics that affect guest comfort.
