Purchased a car from a dealership, and while the sales team was fantastic, the vehicle itself has been plagued with problems. It all began within the first week when the window lock malfunctioned, necessitating a return for repairs. Soon after, I noticed noise when applying the brakes. After several visits, the issue was identified, and a new brake disc was installed. I spent a lot of time returning to the garage. Then, my car wouldn't start due to an ignition issue, requiring further investigation and video evidence for the support team. Although I received a courtesy car during this time, the root cause remained elusive, and the ignition problems persist intermittently. To top it off, a new tire loses pressure every couple of weeks, forcing me to cover the repair costs myself. While the team was accommodating and helpful, the car itself has been a major disappointment. I may reconsider purchasing from them in the future and wouldn't recommend them for used cars.
