How did this terrible company obtain a license to operate? Why did the previous service close and transfer our accounts to this incompetent entity? I've sent around 20 emails and only dealt with automated responses. Even when speaking to a human, it feels robotic, and they don’t cater to your needs. I had an account with the previous service for years without issues, but since the transition, problems have been constant. They should really pay attention to their feedback. This company needs to be shut down.
