Terrible company. Studio pay switched to Frazersplus and the interest rate is ridiculous. The site doesn’t give you your proper balance and puts you on a payment plan that you don’t ask for and the balance goes double on what you buy. I would never buy from Studio again. I just want to pay off my proper balance so I can avoid these ridiculous interest fees. But can’t even find my balance on the ridiculously hard to use app. Buyers beware when sighing up to Fraser plus a credit card would be cheaper in interest.
The service took over my account and imposed excessively high interest rates. When I tried to make extra payments, they claimed it wouldn’t change the interest rate. I never agreed to any contract with them, and previously, paying more was beneficial. However, they stopped allowing extra payments and reduced my credit limit. Now, I’m only paying the new limit minus the reduction, which reflects what I owed. If they have an issue with this, I’m prepared to take legal action. That's all there is to say.

I've sent around 20 emails and only dealt with automated responses. Even when speaking to a human, it feels robotic, and they don’t cater to your needs. I had an account with the previous service for years without issues, but since the transition, problems have been constant. They should really pay attention to their feedback. This company needs to be shut down.

Their response time was excessively long, and they claimed I entered an interest-bearing plan without my knowledge. I lodged a complaint, stating it wasn’t clear I was entered into such a plan. They threatened me with credit issues if I didn’t pay up. I’m ready to escalate this to the Financial Ombudsman and will keep everyone updated.
