They switched me to a 36-month plan without my consent. I made a payment, but it was recorded incorrectly. Their customer service is non-existent; the online bot just repeats the same options. No responses to emails, and I can’t get a clear statement. I’m considering going to the Ombudsman because this is unacceptable.
