The merchants known as Fraser Plus are appalling. I had a balance with the previous service and paid it off just before the takeover. Months later, I found a balance I didn’t expect and asked why. Their response time was excessively long, and they claimed I entered an interest-bearing plan without my knowledge. I lodged a complaint, stating it wasn’t clear I was entered into such a plan. They threatened me with credit issues if I didn’t pay up. I’m ready to escalate this to the Financial Ombudsman and will keep everyone updated.
