I purchased the Hyper Pro, Leg Attachment, and Arm kit. Overall, I ended up keeping the hyper pro but retuning the leg and arm kit.
I had a really great experience overall. Charm was absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very understanding of my situation, incredibly accommodating, and took the time to look at my issue from a different perspective instead of just giving me a standard response. That meant a lot to me, and it made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful rather than like I was just another number. Big shout-out to Charm for the excellent support and care.
As for the FreakAthlete Hyper Pro itself, I’ve been using it at least three times a week and it has been very, very helpful. I’m 6'1" and 220 pounds, and the unit feels extremely sturdy and stable while in use. It’s very well built, and overall I’ve been very happy with it. I’m still getting used to all of the different exercise options it offers, but I really appreciate the versatility.
I did try the leg developer, but because of the way my knees function, it did not work well for me personally. That said, I still thought it was an extremely well-built attachment. Under different circumstances, I would have kept it. I did keep the Hyper Pro, though, and I absolutely love it. Overall, I’ve been very impressed with both the equipment and the customer experience.
