I reached out with several questions about my recent purchase of the Hyper Pro. Customer service responded to me very quickly and helped me with my issues. Several components looked slightly different in the setup videos, but this was simply due to a design change. One item I thought I was supposed to receive was not included, but they clarified that as well noting that it had been discontinued but was only an early promotion deal. Nonetheless, since they had several of these items remaining in inventory, they sent me one for free even though I was willing to pay. Awesome product, awesome customer service!
