I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Freak or Drink.I placed my order before the advertised “last day to order to receive by Valentine’s Day” specifically to ensure it would arrive on time. Shortly after purchasing, I received a tracking number, however, it has never updated past “label created.”After hearing nothing, I emailed their customer service and it took five days to receive a response. They told me the parcel had left their warehouse. Concerned, I contacted the shipping company directly, and they confirmed they have not received the item.They have now said they’ve opened an investigation into the missing parcel, but given the lack of updates and conflicting information so far, I don’t have much confidence that this will be resolved quickly, if at all.At this point, it’s clear I will not be receiving my order in time for Valentine’s Day, despite ordering within the timeframe they promoted. I understand delays can happen, but misleading shipping timelines and poor communication ,especially for time-sensitive purchases, are incredibly frustrating.Very disappointing experience overall. I will change this reveiw if a miracle happens..
