There's a lack of transparency and hidden clauses. Canada Post is charging us $25 in import fees to receive the package, even though we've already paid the shipping company. When we contacted the company, they said it was our responsibility.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Freak or Drink.I placed my order before the advertised β€œlast day to order to receive by Valentine’s Day” specifically to ensure it would arrive on time. Shortly after purchasing, I received a tracking number, however, it has never updated past β€œlabel created.”After hearing nothing, I emailed their customer service and it took five days to receive a response. They told me the parcel had left their warehouse. Concerned, I contacted the shipping company directly, and they confirmed they have not received the item.They have now said they’ve opened an investigation into the missing parcel, but given the lack of updates and conflicting information so far, I don’t have much confidence that this will be resolved quickly, if at all.At this point, it’s clear I will not be receiving my order in time for Valentine’s Day, despite ordering within the timeframe they promoted. I understand delays can happen, but misleading shipping timelines and poor communication ,especially for time-sensitive purchases, are incredibly frustrating.Very disappointing experience overall. I will change this reveiw if a miracle happens..

I ordered The Naughtiest Drinking Games for around €30, expecting a fun party game. Unfortunately, I haven’t even received the product yet β€” and I’m already extremely disappointed.To my surprise, I was informed that I have to pay €17.35 in customs/clearance fees to ship this product to the Netherlands. That’s more than half the price of the game itself. This was not clearly communicated upfront during the purchase.To make matters worse, the return policy is also not communicated honestly or transparently. If you decide not to accept the package, you will still be charged additional fees. This feels extremely unfair and misleading, especially when the extra costs only become clear after your order is already on its way.Paying nearly €50 in total for a simple drinking game is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t comment on the quality of the product yet, but based on this experience alone, I strongly recommend that anyone in the EU think twice before ordering.In short: read very carefully what you are buying. This product is definitely not worth the money, and the lack of clear communication makes the whole experience frustrating and disappointing.Buyer beware. ⚠️

Scam Company do NOT order from

This company is a scam. They will not send you your item. I have contacted them several times. First email was replied almost immediately to say my order was being shipped today. This was a week ago and still nothing. Since then I have tried to contact several more times and have requested my order be cancelled and they will not reply to any contact.

Ordered several things from them and paid $26 dollars shipping which is outrageous and then took just as long as their slow shipping and when I got my order they just threw it in a bag and stuck a shipping label on it… didnt even put a receipt in with it. To add to that I didnt even get everything I ordered and i said well Id like to get what I ordered and you could atleast refund my shipping cost since it took longer and I didnt even get everything and they told me they would not refund me… I wouldnt even bother with this company. Company os not worried about customer satisfaction and quality. This has turned out to be a huge pain having to email back and forth every day for a week and still havent done anything.
