This is not a review, but a response to the reply left on my previous review. It clearly demonstrates that this is not a legitimate or respectable company—not only based on the volume of negative reviews but also the way this ‘business’ chooses to address genuine complaints.Using phrases like, “Like all businesses we also close over Christmas to allow our staff to have a life” is highly unprofessional. If your business is closed over Christmas, then you should not allow orders to be placed on your website, especially with the option for next-day delivery.Additionally, leaving replies that include the word “CLEARLY” in capital letters is both unprofessional and unnecessary. It comes across as condescending and dismissive of customers’ concerns.Your tone is condescending and, frankly, rude.I wish Trustpilot allowed screenshots so I could share: • The TikTok messages I sent, which were ignored • The countless emails I sent with no response • A screenshot of my purchase status, which still shows as “being prepared” with an order date of the 20th December. This company’s conduct is unacceptable and needs to be reported.I am more than happy to waste more of my time, and email again for it to only be ignored. But it would be helpful if you replied to my emails which were sent spanning the dates 21st December - 3rd January!
