I have ordered trousers under the buy 1 get one free offer. Under consumer law, I have the right of return within 14 days. Freddy uk has a returm policy which is irrelevant as consumer law superseeds any companies returns policy. After several emails, we have had very little response or indication that thye want to resolve or refund. I would avoid as freddy uk seem to think the consumer act regulation 2013 doesn't apply to them and their own policy is more important than the law! Shocking. Furthermore, we can't get an exchange as they have no sizes available. I will be contacting trading standards and cancelling my card payment. Extremely poor customer service!!!!
