I have ordered trousers under the buy 1 get one free offer. Under consumer law, I have the right of return within 14 days. Freddy uk has a returm policy which is irrelevant as consumer law superseeds any companies returns policy. After several emails, we have had very little response or indication that thye want to resolve or refund. I would avoid as freddy uk seem to think the consumer act regulation 2013 doesn't apply to them and their own policy is more important than the law! Shocking. Furthermore, we can't get an exchange as they have no sizes available. I will be contacting trading standards and cancelling my card payment. Extremely poor customer service!!!!

I purchased my first two pairs of Freddy jeans size 8L. I wear a USA size 6/28 and my waist fluctuates 28/29 inches. My advice is to size up. I was going to order a 6M but glad my intuition said order one size up. Size 8L fits perfectly. The jeans run small. The quality is excellent! They are soft and feel great on. They really make your bottom look sexy. I loved them so much I bought two more pairs.
Like many of the other reviews, I have gotten the hole in the cr0tch (in 2 pairs, same spot right by the seam) after the first wear, even though the fit was correct. I've also had to get the buttons replaced (3 button closure camo pants) and the seamstress was confused as to why they chose to sew them on the way they did to begin with as it was not the correct stitch. I live in a remote area so it's unfortunately not worth my time to return the items or contact "customer service". Will never buy again.
Ferddy customer service is fast and reliable. Their pants are excellent quality and offer the best fit I’ve ever worn. I currently own three pairs and just ordered another.I also received great support when exchanging for a size up. I truly love all of their pants—just keep in mind that faux leather styles tend to run slightly smaller than the regular ones. Natalija
Returned an order that was a size 12, more like a size 10. No refund given. Everytime I email the provided email, it bounces back as undelivered. The return cost £15 and no one from Freddy is acknowledging me. Happy to take your money, customer service is an absolute joke. Buy elsewhere if you can!!!
Sexiest pants on earth! My wife (and I) love the look and feel of these pants. She has a great booty to begin with but the Freddy design really elevates the shape with the brilliant cut/pattern, etc.. So cool! In addition the customer service at Freddy is super helpful and quick to reply too. Thanks Freddy team!
