Returned an order that was a size 12, more like a size 10. No refund given. Everytime I email the provided email, it bounces back as undelivered. The return cost £15 and no one from Freddy is acknowledging me. Happy to take your money, customer service is an absolute joke. Buy elsewhere if you can!!!
