I ordered a pair of leggings online.They didn’t fit so I sent them back for a refund 2 days later. A week later I got an email to say the refund had been processed and a credit note had been issued. I have emailed Freddy’s to inform them I want a full refund back to my original payment method. According to their site this is what it says on their refund/return policy. (Copied and pasted)Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 3–10 business days.I will be contacting my credit card in 14 days if I have not received a full refund. Very disappointing and I would not use the site again as a result.
