Was looking forward to a river cruise with Pandaw. Decided to approach Fred Holidays to arrange a tailor made, to India and Bhutan, to include flights and extra nights in Darjeeling. I have emailed this company numerous times with our itinerary, phoned many times to be left hanging on, one time over 30 minutes. Much to our disappointment, never had any contact from them.
