Very Poor ExperienceI ordered a US size 9 shoe from Fred Martin’s website, but the delivery was late and they sent the wrong size (9.5 instead of 9). When I contacted support, they claimed size 9 does not exist, even though it showed in stock on their website when I ordered.It took over a week of back-and-forth on WhatsApp (their only contact method) just to arrange an exchange. After returning the shoes, the replacement shipment got stuck at customs and I was asked to pay an unexpected $42 fee. I have been contacting their support and no response.
