Very Poor ExperienceI ordered a US size 9 shoe from Fred Martin’s website, but the delivery was late and they sent the wrong size (9.5 instead of 9). When I contacted support, they claimed size 9 does not exist, even though it showed in stock on their website when I ordered.It took over a week of back-and-forth on WhatsApp (their only contact method) just to arrange an exchange. After returning the shoes, the replacement shipment got stuck at customs and I was asked to pay an unexpected $42 fee. I have been contacting their support and no response. This website is a scam so please do not order here or your money will be gone. They have a fb page, instagram account but none of them will respond. Wanna call them? The telephone number on their page doesn’t exist either. I’ve sent them 3 emails already and still no answer.
Communication was virtually non-existent - I had to chase them up on Instagram after multiple emails bounced back. My order took far longer than the fast delivery I was charged for, and when the shoes finally arrived, they were uncomfortable and non-returnable despite what the website suggested. In the end, after months of back and forth, I had to get my money back through my bank.
