This company is entirely fraudulent, despite their claims otherwise. They promised to recover interest on my loans but later insisted I handle matters with the bank myself. Due to my mental health, I informed them I couldn’t, and they canceled my claim, charging me over £360 even though the potential claim was unlikely to exceed £100!
