If you decide to cancel, they hide behind the agreement and demand cancellation fees, ultimately making you pay more than what they initially claimed you would recover, despite not delivering any valuable service. If you refuse to pay, they will turn your debt over to a collection agency, and your interest will continue to accumulate. If you've interacted with them, I recommend taking these steps: report them to the Information Commissioner’s Office, HMRC through their online form, Trading Standards, Citizen's Advice, and even the Police. Let's work together to report this organization and protect others from becoming victims.
This company is fraudulent! Request a Subject Access Request (SAR). They will fail to provide any calls or emails, prompting legal action for GDPR breaches. Contact the tax authority, and they will confirm they have no record of any request from this company. Their service does not exist, yet they attempt to charge you fraudulently. Don’t tolerate their aggressive tactics; we will be pursuing legal action.
I wouldn't even give this a single star! My partner was contacted after inquiring through social media. After expressing a desire not to proceed, they charged a cancellation fee. They haven’t done anything, so what’s the payment for? Simply filling out a form supposedly enters you into a contract they refuse to provide. They exploit individuals just looking for information. Their responses to reviews are rude and dismissive. Stay far away. WHAT A SCAM!
This company has sent me a letter via a debt collection agency claiming I owe them money from 2021. I have never received any prior communication from them. I am extremely angry! They claim to have sent letters, but I assure you, they haven't! I don’t understand how they think they can operate this way. It's disgraceful! I’m not even clear on what they were supposed to do for me in the first place.

Due to my mental health, I informed them I couldn’t, and they canceled my claim, charging me over £360 even though the potential claim was unlikely to exceed £100! They’ve since harassed me and referred my case to a debt collection agency, putting me at risk of a CCJ due to their actions. Avoid them at all costs!
