If you decide to cancel, they hide behind the agreement and demand cancellation fees, ultimately making you pay more than what they initially claimed you would recover, despite not delivering any valuable service. If you refuse to pay, they will turn your debt over to a collection agency, and your interest will continue to accumulate. If you've interacted with them, I recommend taking these steps: report them to the Information Commissioner’s Office, HMRC through their online form, Trading Standards, Citizen's Advice, and even the Police.
