I booked what was promoted as 'Airport Parking – Meet & Greet at the terminal' through the platform, expecting the official service. This was entirely misleading. Upon arrival, the official staff informed me there was no reservation. I was directed to the Orange Car Park, where I had to call a number. A person collected my car and demanded £10 to exit, plus another £10 for return. Furthermore, my car was taken to an unknown location and returned dirty. This is not what 'meet and greet at the terminal' implies. This service is misrepresented, causing unnecessary stress and additional costs. I urge the platform to amend their advertising and clarify where vehicles are stored. Misleading advertising is against UK law.
