I have been in business for 20 years and worked with many different organisations but this company is by far the worst. Their phone lines are a joke, no one will answer no matter how frequently you try and how long you wait. Their email responses are short, dismissive and always end with 'this case is now closed, please do not respond'. It took them nearly two months to respond to our last email. They have taken money that doesn't belong to them and refuse to refund it. After years of being their customer we are finally free, they are a scam company, avoid at all costs!!!
The instructions regarding calls and the meeting point were clear. The drop-off process went smoothly, but upon my return, I had to wait for over an hour due to busyness, which was disappointing since I had booked a time slot and provided my flight number. This made me anxious as I had never used this service before, wondering if I would see my car again. However, they kindly suggested I grab a coffee or snack, promising reimbursement. Ultimately, everything turned out fine! One downside was that during the drop-off, the driver simply waved at me as I handed over the keys, and the same happened on my return. I could have been anyone! I recommend providing a card or some form of identification when dropping off the car to present upon collection.
I picked up the vehicle in the northern part of the city and returned it to the same location, yet I was charged 2.99 euros for not parking in the city center. This fee was already incurred by the previous user, so it seems unjust to charge me again. If the prior user was charged 2.99, I should not have to pay that amount. Additionally, the vehicles are consistently very unclean, with the windscreen often in poor condition, requiring personal cleaning to see the road properly.

However, on the day of my actual booking, they claimed there was no record of my reservation. They instruct to call 30 minutes prior, but no one was present when we arrived. After some time, they still hadn't located my booking, so I had to provide photos of my booking reference and confirmation email showing the date changes. Upon returning, my car was parked, and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to bring me the key. I will not use this service again. Additionally, I was informed that short stay parking fees would be covered, but I ended up having to pay them during both drop-off and pick-up.

A person came to take my car and requested £10 to leave, plus another £10 upon return. Additionally, my vehicle was taken to an unknown location and returned dirty. This is not what 'meet and greet at the terminal' should mean. This service is misrepresented and caused unnecessary stress and extra costs. I strongly encourage the platform to revise their advertising and clarify where vehicles are stored. Misleading advertising is against UK law.
