I booked what was advertised as 'Airport Parking – Meet & Greet at the terminal' through the platform, expecting the official service. This proved to be completely misleading. Upon arrival, the official staff said I had no reservation and directed me to the Orange Car Park, where I had to call a number. A person came to take my car and requested £10 to leave, plus another £10 upon return. Additionally, my vehicle was taken to an unknown location and returned dirty. This is not what 'meet and greet at the terminal' should mean. This service is misrepresented and caused unnecessary stress and extra costs. I strongly encourage the platform to revise their advertising and clarify where vehicles are stored. Misleading advertising is against UK law.
