I initially booked the wrong dates, and the service was willing to adjust my reservation for a small fee, which seemed promising. However, on the day of my actual booking, they claimed there was no record of my reservation. They instruct to call 30 minutes prior, but no one was present when we arrived. After some time, they still hadn't located my booking, so I had to provide photos of my booking reference and confirmation email showing the date changes. Upon returning, my car was parked, and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to bring me the key. I will not use this service again. Additionally, I was informed that short stay parking fees would be covered, but I ended up having to pay them during both drop-off and pick-up.
