I am writing again to request a full refund and to formally complain about the incredibly poor experience with this service. I've reached out multiple times regarding the low-quality and irrelevant videos produced by the platform. Despite providing evidence of the issues, my refund request was repeatedly denied, with responses merely stating that the video was 'successfully generated.' The video was completely unrelated, featuring illogical movements, and had no connection to the music I submitted. The overall quality was unacceptable. I waited over an hour for a product that turned out to be unusable. This disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. I strongly recommend others not to use this service, as the quality is misleading and the support team refuses refunds for products that do not meet basic expectations. I request a full refund once again and expect my issue to be treated with seriousness and professionalism.
