I paid $24.99 for a Pro subscription, but the service is completely broken. My video generation failed and then got stuck for over 4 hours with absolutely zero results. When I contacted support for a refund because the platform was non-functional, they ignored my issue completely and just sent an automated bot reply on how to cancel auto-renew. They take your money, provide no working service, and refuse to refund. This is a scam. I am warning others and filing a chargeback with my bank immediately. Avoid freebeat.ai at all costs.
I cannot recommend this service at all. While a few videos turned out well, the main issue is that they consistently take your credits without providing a working product. I've encountered numerous glitches, and despite these problems, my credits just kept vanishing without any compensation.
The videos produced are so different from what is requested that they feel like they are made from pre-existing stock footage stitched together. The service provides long-winded "updates" during lengthy waits to create the illusion of something original being made. In the meantime, credits diminish just before the generation is marked as "complete," forcing you to buy more credits in larger quantities. The video output does not effectively respond to prompts and often features characters inexplicably switching genders. Informing the support team in chat about these issues seems to only serve as an excuse to require additional credits for regeneration, yet the same absurd video results.
This platform is misleading. I invested over $80 for a year's access, only to be told I had insufficient credits to create even one video. The support link is non-functional, and attempts to get a refund are met with an automated response directing me back to the same link. Emailing support has also been fruitless. I urge everyone to steer clear of this service.
