I paid over $200 for Freebeat.ai expecting a professional-grade video generation tool. What I received was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Even with a detailed and specific prompt, the outputs were nowhere near what was advertised — inconsistent visuals, janky quality, and an overall lack of creative cohesion. The interface provides inadequate instructions, and their Credits model is unclear at best, misleading at worst. Support has been almost nonexistent. After submitting an email describing the issues in detail, no response at first, then I received generic template replies. (They claimed my first email found it's way into their Junk Box.) For a premium-priced product, that’s unacceptable. Freebeat.ai feels like it’s still in beta but being marketed and sold as a professional tool. The technology has potential, but in its current state, it’s not worth the price.
