Touchscreen issues and lack of customer service

Unfortunately I have had issues with a freezing screen since setting up my bike. Despite numerous attempts to trouble shoot with customer service, sending an annoying number of “self check” videos and explaining the issue repeatedly I have so far received no solution to this ongoing issue that has rendered the bike more or less useless.
