Disappointed with the support after the bike malfunctioned

I purchased the bike at launch and used it daily until the belt connecting the pedals and flywheel snapped. This occurred just two months before the warranty was set to expire. I submitted a warranty request immediately, but their response was incredibly slow. They prolonged the process until the warranty ran out and then claimed it was my fault for not addressing it sooner, stating it wasn’t covered. Their only suggestion was to buy a new bike. It seems they disregard customer care once a purchase is made. The inability to replace a simple rubber belt is absurd. This company does not honor their warranties and feels like a complete scam. I recommend steering clear of them.
