However, when I attempted to withdraw 0.003 BTC on November 6, 2025, it has remained PENDING ever since. I reached out through their contact form and received an automated response stating, "Submitted. We'll pick up your ticket soon," but my transaction is still marked as PENDING. I URGE ALL CURRENT AND FUTURE USERS TO WITHDRAW THEIR FUNDS OR AVOID DEPOSITING MONEY ON THIS PLATFORM. THEY ARE SCAMMING USERS. IF THIS SITUATION PERSISTS, I RECOMMEND TAKING DOWN THIS PLATFORM.
