Account not opened after two weeks

I applied for a savings account and was told I'd be contacted within two days to confirm my details. After two weeks, I still heard nothing. They seemed unprepared for the volume of applications, which is disappointing given the £25K minimum investment. A frustrating experience, unfortunately.
