I have nothing but absolute respect and gratitude for the way my mum's treatment has gone!From the first enquiry to the aftercare, I cannot think of a single niggle or complaint. I know people could say that providing good customer/patient service is part of the job, and to an extent I agree, but I’ve worked in the NHS for 11 years. I’ve seen good and bad practice, and I’ve seen people doing their job well. On the rare occasions you meet someone with real empathy and patience, it resonates. I know we were lucky enough to be able to afford to go private, and on that Freedom came out the most reasonable for the level of treatment.... but I have to say Hannah is an absolute credit and value to the service. I felt so assured my mum was in caring hands that they were not just trying to make money and get you in and out. Any question, Hannah was just a call away, and the call the day after surgery really assured my mum in her recovery from the procedure. We never felt pressured or It has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish; every member of staff, from buzzing you in to the surgeon, has been first-class and a credit to your group.
