Everything, from initial enquiries to final check up, was done efficiently, professionally and in a very friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and I felt completely comfortable throughout the experience. Both eyes were done within 2 weeks and I am delighted with the outcome.... no more glare when outside and night driving is a pleasure again. The facilities are on Chester Business Park, with easy access and parking. My only regret is that I had to pay to have the procedure done (2 years waiting in Wales!), whereas if I'd lived 10 miles away in England, the waiting time is 6 weeks..... using exactly the same premises!
