My surgeon Tristan Mann was amazing ! I was treated with kindness, compassion and respect. He explained every step of the procedure whist I was in theatre putting me at ease . First class service from everyone, all pre and post checks . Charlotte has been welcoming and very efficient, a very good patient liaison manager . I had both eyes fitted with the Ray one galaxy lenses on the same day . Tristan you have literally given me my sight back , I can see things I could not even see as a little girl .
