My initial experience with them was disappointing. Their system allowed me to purchase an ETF in EUR, even though it was only available in USD. I realized this after receiving a poorly written email. When I reached out to their support, they couldn't explain what had occurred or how to proceed. After a day, they informed me that I could sell the ETF and incur any losses due to price changes, only offering to reimburse me for expenses. Selling the ETF was complicated, requiring me to fill out a form. Very poor customer support.
