I just opened my account and tried to transfer funds, but they are currently in limbo. Other platforms enable instant transfers. I wanted to earn interest in EUR, but the interest rates are unclear, and I only see options for USD. The desktop interface is quite clunky. Customer service seems less than competent and appears disinterested in assisting new clients. My first impressions are not good.
