This was the only reason for my initial payment. 2. Immediate Cancellation: Within 48 hours of access, I realized the course wasn't suitable and requested a full refund. 3. Refusal to Refund: The company denied my request, citing a strict policy that only allows refunds after 60 days of full participation, directly contradicting the verbal agreement made during the sale. 4. Withholding Evidence: I asked multiple times for the recording of the sales call to confirm the agreement, but the company refused to provide it, showing a lack of transparency and good faith. I have initiated a chargeback investigation with my bank and plan to file a complaint regarding the company's potentially unfair contract terms and misleading conduct. To potential customers: Exercise extreme caution. The sales process relies on verbal assurances that are not honored or documented. If the course isn't right for you, be ready for a challenging and uncooperative refund process.
