Verbal Agreement: The sales representative assured me that the $2,000 payment was for a 60-day evaluation period to determine the course's value before committing to the remaining amount. This was the sole reason for my initial payment. 2. Immediate Cancellation: Within 48 hours of accessing the course, I realized it wasn't suitable and requested a full refund. 3. Refusal to Refund: The company denied the refund, citing a policy that only allows for remedies after 60 days of full participation, which contradicts the verbal agreement made during the sale. 4. Withholding Evidence: I repeatedly asked for the recording of the sales call, which would support my claim. However, the company and its representatives have refused to provide this, showing a lack of transparency. I have initiated a chargeback investigation with my bank and plan to file a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority regarding the company’s use of potentially unfair contract terms and misleading practices. To potential customers: Exercise caution. The company's sales process relies on verbal commitments that they do not honor or document. If the course is not suitable for you, be ready for a challenging, lengthy, and uncooperative refund process.
