I don’t usually leave negative reviews because I genuinely want businesses to succeed, but my experience with Freedom Club has been very disappointing.
When I first signed up, the information I was given on the sales call was quite different to what I actually experienced inside the program. There were additional costs that were never mentioned upfront, which was already frustrating.
I had already made partial payment to the program and At the time, I was also in a difficult financial position, so I spoke to the representative about putting my account on hold. He reassured me that this was completely fine, and that I could resume the course later when my situation improved. Based on that, we agreed to pause everything.
However, despite being told my account would be on hold, around $2,000 was suddenly debited from my account without any warning. Since then, I’ve tried contacting the representative multiple times via messages and calls, but I’ve been unable to reach him. I’ve also emailed the company and have received no response.
This has been extremely stressful, especially given my current financial situation. I was relying on what I was told, and to have a large amount taken without communication is not okay.
I’m still hoping this can be resolved, and I would much prefer to sort this out directly rather than leave a review like this. But after several days of no response, I feel like I have no other option.
I would advise others to be very cautious, make sure everything is clearly documented, and fully understand all payment terms before committing.
