Have these guys as my provider through Talktalk. I was given the option of these guys or Openreach as the fibre installer. Chose the local guys in my support for local business. Mistake. I have an Issue with no connection and for some reason Talk talk can only run tests on Openreach, you have to contact Freedom fibre directly to run tests. They are only open 9-5 Monday to Friday so good luck when your service goes down outside these hours. If given the option on which fibre provider you want to your home avoid these guys at all costs, unless you want to explain to the kids why there is no Internet all weekend. Have asked Talktalk to move me over to Openreach, if this is not possible will be cancelling my contract and find another provider that does not use Freedom Fibre. Seriously? Internet service provider that only works 9-5 Monday to Friday, absolute joke. I'm not laughing though.Edit: Monday 9am spoke to Mohammad who was very helpful. moved my router from the fibre line to my old copper line to check if router issue. luckily I still had the cable required to do this and the copper connection. Internet back on while waiting for the fibre problem to be diagnosed. So if you have a similar problem during the 75% of the week you can not get hold of these guys this may get you back online until you can speak to someone.
