Freedom Forever courted us for almost 2 years, and their salespeople were always very knowledgeable and personable. This year we decided to go for solar, knowing tax incentives would expire at the end of 2025. We signed our first contract with Freedom Forever and got financing in May of 2025. Once that happened, it was absolute silence. Our Project Manager was terrible at best. Once a month went by and I could get any answers on installation, I took it to Customer Service and spent hours on hold trying to get help. We were bounced from Project Manager to Project Manager for 6 months. The original financing expired and we had to reapply at the start of October 2025. We did get some comms from our Project Manager and thought we would be able to get solar installed. Now we've had our first snow and zero comms for a couple weeks. Guessing it's not happening? Customer Service and the Project Managers are absolutely awful. I feel like we dodged a bullet. If it was this hard to try and get solar installed, I can't imagine being a customer.
